Diploma or Degree in Purchasing Management.
Technical or legal qualifications will be advantageous.
Experience in international procurement and conditions
5 years experience in purchasing or contract administration in related environment
Excellent negotiation skills and strong knowledge of contract management
Good knowledge of commercial legislation
Good analytical skills and ability to read, interpret and compile reports
Suppliers evaluation experience
Good Customer service and administrative skills
Ability to deal at all levels of management , suppliers and customers
Ability to work independently
