Bonnita Kriel - Marketing Director
As shareholder and Marketing Director, Bonnita has managed to become a very well-known and respected personality in the recruitment industry, this apart from her 12 years’ experience. She is regarded by her colleagues as a ‘Rainmaker’, a term used in the industry to identify natural talent enabling creation of successful long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike. Bonnita operates in the fast lane, has high energy levels and is totally committed - and illustrates this by being available to both clients and candidates 24/7.

Loek Wildenburg - Operations Director
Shareholding Operations Director Loek comes from the ‘other side of the fence’, having dealt with large labour forces as CEO of local and international technical companies for some 25 years. He has a thorough understanding of company administration, labour broking and human relationships in general. Loek concentrates his efforts on streamlining the infrastructure, administration and contract operations of Paragon.
